our internet website (“Website”). We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing

rights so that updates, corrections and/or deletions can be made in accordance with
applicable law, you can:

In many countries, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data
protection authority if you have concerns about how MTI processes your personal data.

other than the country in which the information originally was collected. Those countries

If you are located in countries that are members of the European Union (“EU”), we will

Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored by MTI on its servers, and on the servers of certain cloudbased
database and data storage management services MTI engages, mostly located
in the United States. MTI retains data for the duration of the user’s business relationship
with MTI and in compliance with other legal, tax and operating requirements retention

affiliate is different from the Internet Privacy Notice for these Website, the provisions in
